Finally today someone came over to do the refilling on the tar road outside my house... I don't know whether is the government or Boon Siew Group ask them to do... anyway, it's all good... coz the stupid lorry everyday ups and downs using the road... really hate them... it's not only annoying, and also dirty the road and polluted the air... and of coz broke the tar road... holes here and there... damn it... build so many houses for what??? all also the stupid developer... This is how they do it... just outside my house....

My First Time made Cheese Cake

Holiday started... Easter Holiday for a week... hahaha... first time in my life having Easter Holiday for a week... Not going anywhere, assignment... assignment... study marketing for the online test... such a boring holiday that just cover with books... Sigh...

Went to Kmummy's house this afternoon, she's gonna teach me how to baked cheese cake... haha... someone that never bake a single cake in her life and now gonna teach me... cool... Anyway, just a very simple simple cake with biscuits crust at the bottom... It's very easy... anyone can just learn it... Here's the recipe...

Crust:
140g cream crackers crumbs (10 to 12 pieces)
25g almond nibs, toasted
1 1/2 tbsb caster sugar
150g unsalted butter, melted with microwave

Filling:
250g cream cheese, softened
110g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
200g dairy whipping cream
100ml full cream milk
2 tbsp gelatin

Method:
1. Crust: Combine all the ingredients and pour into a round loose base baking tin. Press till firm and chill in a fridge for 10 mins.

2. Filling: Beat cream cheese, caster sugar, vanilla essence, lemon juice and dairy whipping cream until smooth.

3. Bring fresh milk and juicy crystal to boil until dissolved. When it is still warm, ass into (2) mixture and mix well.

4. Pour mixture onto the crust and chill in a fridge until set for 3 to 4 hours.

This is the almond nips which can get it in Fettes Park market, pan fried without oil

The taste is just exquisite... it's just so simple... Can try to do it for your love one... I believe they will love you even more after baked for them... hehe... but I still haven't do it for my ah bee yet...

A Memorable day for me....

Yesterday was really an unforgettable and memorable day for me... Actually before that I was thinking should i go?? oh ya... I still haven't mention where am I going actually... Going to ah bee grandma's house in SP coz his 二舅 Japanese's wife back from Japan...

We go with feri early morning ... and.... miraculously, we saw the big big cruise... Queen Victoria... This is the first time that stop on the Penang port... it's really huge...

Have the feeling like it's TITANIC... hehe... One and only chance to see it...

The journey to SP not too long and not too short.... about 45 mins I guess... all the way eating Pringles until reach.... hehe... At there, I feel that I'm just like alien because 1st, the whole family is Hakka and speak in Hakka, same goes to ah bee... 2nd, they all are Christian... Feeling a bit uneasy... and they all trying to tolerate with me and speak english or mandarin... even though Hakka is almost like mandarin, but I can't even understand a single words of it... haizzz... Not gonna think about learning Hakka yet... hehe... this will make me more headache... let me introduce the ugly dog... it's Hanako... so ugly and lazy...


In SP, the mall is just very small, went to Village Mall... sounds great right... but inside the only shop that I know is Starbucks, Delifrance.... thats all... the rest are all malay shop...

Oh damn... I'm getting fatter and fatter then... sigh.... no eye see...

Ah bee's cousin sis... looks alike right??

After coffee times, it's dinner time then... hehe... and I'm starving also... and it scares me also... can you imagine that how many dish on one table???

When I see it, it's like OMG!!! it's scary....

But all the dish is delicious... yumyum...

After dinner, we still have the cutting cake ceremony, to celebrate ah bee's 大姨，大舅 and 二舅wedding anniversary...

Feeling so touch when they talk about their relationship can prolong until now... it's not so easy... Have to conquer so many things only can get through this stage... For them as a Christian, they don't encourage to divorce, everything have to solve it together and never escape from it... and I feel that for us as younger generation, it's not easy to prolong a relationship now due to all the circumstances... I feel that God created someone for us, we should appreciate what we belongs... never do something that might makes us regret or guilty...

Try to look back, I've been stop for a week for not blogging... Busy with lecture... Busy with printing out the stupid notes with the STUPID PRINTER IN COLLEGE... Busy with dating... hahaha... On Sunday, I just realize that my notebook wireless's switch spoiled d... cannot online... can't online for 3 days... it's the hardest day for me in my life... feeling so blue... feeling like totally lost of the contact with all my friends... :( ... Luckily yest ah bee came... hehe... rescue my notebook's life back... Hooray... so happy... but while he's repairing... beep boop beep boop... heart beep so fast... coz he's like unscrew everything from my notebook... which i saw everything under the keyboard... I also donno what's that... anyway, it's safe... hehe... else I can't have the chance to blog also...

Just now went out for supper with Karen... at first was planning to chat online... manatau, she can't hold anymore and said come over to find me so can tell me the good news directly... haha... about what's the new, I'm not gonna review it here until you guys go ask her... this would be better... gotta stop now...

Today went to Gurney for lunch in Fish & Co... thought that gonna have a nice lunch after lecture... starve like crazy... Thought the fish and chip gonna be a nice lunch for us with such a nice environment... but one thing is no customer there other than us...



Can you see how big is the dory fish??? But all is fake... the dory fish only half of the original pic... which mean they used lots of flour to fry on order to makes it look bigger piece... I just feel that am I eating dory fish or the flour?? and it's so oily... yuckss... no next time... will rather go MFM instead... hehe...

Talk about todays lecture... haizzz... both lecturer... I also don't know how to say... 1 lecturer telling grandmother's story more than giving lecture.... even break time also talking non-stop about how her life in Aussie... just talking non-stop but at least she's friendly and not treating us like kids... The other one, terrible... not telling any grandfather's story but talked until like he's 包青天... how strict how responsible he is... everything also send to Aussie... want to shows that how loyal he is to the Aussie uni and never treat us like how other lecturer did... one thing is, he really treat us like primary sch small kids... cannot this cannot that... I was thinking can I YAWN during his lecture?? later might minus mark by him deal to lecture too boring... Ridiculous... haizzz... we still have to suffer for another 2 months on seeing him... :( :{

Of coz from his point of view is all good... but we're not kids anymore... we're uni student but still want to use that type of teaching... can't it be a bit much...

WHY?????

Today's lecture... as usual... boring till dead... and something which I never expected is the class only have 5 students... 2 classes also the same... coz heard that we are the last batch under DU... so no longer have new student coming in... that's the reason why so little students...

Sigh... only 5 students, we can't talk... can't sleep that's for sure... lot's of thing cannot do... basically the lecturer just look at us coz no elsewhere no more student for her to look d...

HELP ME!!!!!! Why we are the last batch???? WHY?? WHY?? WHY??

What a day for my first lecture!!!

First day of lecture today after been growing mushroom for almost 4 months...

First lecture is Fundamental of Finance which I use to study in TARC and also CFP... nothing special for the first chapter... Lecturer is good... borrow us the notes to photocopy... so that we don't have to use the stupid printer at the lab to print... print more I'll pissed more... Paid RM300 for the resources but gave us such low quality printer that always paper jammed, print not accordingly to what we want, and every time need to queue just to print... The happiest thing is lecture dismissed earlier 1 hour today... hehe... else I feel that I'm gonna dozing off then... basically the lecturer just keep on bla bla bla... and the worst is... the room doesn't seems like wanna cooperate with us coz at first... air-cond is too cold... so Aunty Poh See, the lady that in charge on switching on the air-cond suggest to off for a while since the temperature cannot adjust... but when she's gonna turn it on again... something happen... air-cond couldn't works anymore... said that it's jammed... oh dear... at first it's still alright... but lecture is almost 2 hours... getting hotter and hotter... luckily dismissed earlier... the second thing is the LCD... donno what happen... cannot works... luckily end up it's alright...

Lecture begin...

3/3/2008... lecture begin after my long holiday for 4 months... hehe... but I guess we're the only class which today no class... donno why also... just told that no lecture... so just went to pay for the fees... This sem the fees roughly about RM8500... slight expensive than last sem.... what to do?? money sucker college... that's why the admin office can be renovated like hotel lobby... hehe...

Whatever... not gonna think of money... just concentrate on my study and graduate fast so that I can work in S'pore... not wishing much now... just wish to pass all the papers...

Finally ah bee came back... early early morning at 10am already came to my house... hehe... Actually was planning to go for movie, Jumper but just realize that I didn't bring jacket, his jacket just wash... if go to the cinema sure gonna get freeze up... hehe.. end up not watching...

When he's in Cameron, he told that gonna buy me a big big strawberry... but then thought of after he buy for me,where am I gonna put it?? and it's not cheap cost about RM33... for me I would rather go eat something nice instead of the fluffy toys.. and he agrees that not gonna buy... But he really surprise me... this is what I never expected... he really bought me one...

He bought himself a Patrick Star also... hehe

During dinner time, every time also headache with food... donno what to eat, where to eat... suddenly thought of nasi kandar... but after tried the nasi kandar at Kapitan d... feel a bit disgusting... donno will it still be the same?? yucksss.... but end up still going... but not Kapitan, this time go Makbul.... hehe... my first time there... the nasi kandar not bad... fried chicken is nice... but it's not cheap also as you all know that where got nasi kandar cheap one... nasi lemak got ler... Besides, we order 1 plate of cucuk udang coz it looks delicious...

Ain't it looks nice?? so many things, eggs, fish ball, potato, taukua and the cucuk udang which only cost RM3... but don't get attracted but the outer appearance...

The taukua is sour one after my first bite on it... yucks... so they replace us the second plate of taukua... forget it... it's still the same sour... whatever... those mamak food is not so hygienic anyway...

Why I'm so CLUMSY???

Sat d looo... Lecture gonna begin on Mon... hehe... feeling quite excited due to the reasons of what??? Holiday for too long d... 4 MONTHS!!! but study within 2 weeks, holiday for 10 days again... never heard of this in my life... Easter vacation... it's because we follow Aussie syllabus... everything gonna follow Australia... The time table still alright... but Fri a bit crazy... eat my lunch time also... from 11 till 5 without break...

Today quite free... available for whole day... hehe... ah bee still haven't come back yet... so stay at home online, eat, sleep and watching tv... I can't remember when was the last time I'm staying at home on Sat... hehe... At about 6 follow my 舅爸舅妈 to youth park to hiking... have to sweat... Luckily it's not raining while we're hiking half way... it's only start to rain once we reach home... pheww... Actually today consider quite happy... class haven't start... basically just lazying at home... but just now after shower and want to get my towel... maybe the floor too slippery or wet... whatever... coz me slipped and fell down... butt so pain... pain until I also don't know how to describe... Donno what happen to me... fell down twice within 10 days... why I'm so clumsy???
